Retail Alterations Specialist

Job Description

Job Title:
Alterations Specialist We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Alterations Specialist to join our team. If you have experience with garment alterations, enjoy working with customers, and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Perform alterations and repairs on a variety of garments, including formalwear, casual clothing, and uniforms. Hem pants, skirts, dresses, and sleeves. Take accurate customer measurements and provide fitting consultations. Repair zippers, buttons, seams, and other garment components. Ensure all alterations are completed with precision and meet quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in clothing alterations or tailoring required. Proficiency using industrial and standard sewing machines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
