Previous bridal experience is required. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role for someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of people.

At the same time, this role requires more than being friendly. Our Bridal Attendant must be confident enough to guide conversations about alterations, timelines, expectations, fit, services, and pricing with professionalism and clarity. What You'll Do Create an Exceptional Fitting Experience Personally assist brides throughout their alterations fittings. Help brides dress and undress carefully and confidently in their wedding gowns. Make each bride feel comfortable, celebrated, and cared for from arrival through departure. Engage naturally in conversation while also recognizing when a bride needs reassurance, guidance, or space. Anticipate needs and notice the small details that elevate an experience from good to exceptional. Support the Alterations Process Work alongside our seamstress and alterations team during fittings. Help brides understand what is happening during the alterations process and what to expect next. Assist with gowns, trains, bustles, veils, accessories, shoes, and other fitting details. Learn to recognize important elements of bridal gown fit and construction. Help ensure fitting rooms, gowns, and materials remain beautifully presented and prepared. Guide With Confidence Communicate alterations pricing and services clearly and comfortably. Help set realistic expectations regarding what alterations can accomplish. Reinforce timelines and important next steps. Navigate sensitive or difficult conversations without becoming flustered or overly accommodating. Know how to remain warm and service-minded while still holding appropriate boundaries and expectations. Add the Finishing Touches Help brides visualize their complete wedding-day look. Offer guidance with veils, jewelry, accessories, and finishing details when appropriate. Understand that this is not simply about putting on a dress—it is about helping a bride feel confident in the way everything comes together. Experience in bridal, alterations, fashion retail, styling, hospitality, or another high-touch customer service environment is helpful, but the right combination of maturity, confidence, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality matters most.
