We're looking for someone who: Is hardworking, reliable, and self-motivated Takes initiative and doesn't need hand-holding Accepts constructive criticism well and grows from it Can follow shop systems and structure while also being flexible and adaptable Shows passion for tattooing, not just as a job, but as a craft and lifestyle Maintains professionalism with clients and staff at all times
TATTOOING EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
We expect artists to have: Professional tattooing experience (ideally 3+ years, but open to less if they're exceptionally skilled) A strong portfolio, especially in: Black and gray realism Anime/cartoon pieces Portraits Surrealism Knowledge of tattoo fundamentals including line weight, shading, black packing, and value contrast Ability to tattoo on all skin tones and adapt to different design needs
COMMUNICATION & TEAM FIT
We're building a drama-free, collaborative shop.
You must:
Be a team player who respects the vibe and vision of the studio Help uplift the shop brand and not just your individual career Be open-minded to growth, feedback, and mentorship (giving and receiving) Have a positive attitude, especially when things get hectic
PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS
Maintains a clean, sterile station and follows all safety and hygiene protocols Keeps up with industry trends, new techniques, and tools Shows up on time and is prepared for walk-ins and appointments Able to adapt to different shop systems, including POS, commission tracking, and marketing practices
WORK ARRANGEMENT
Booth Rent or Commission options available Must be drug-free, drama-free, and hustle-focused We're 2 minutes from Beverly Hills, have AC/Wi-Fi, and an incredible flow of walk-ins Artists should be comfortable with daily walk-ins, flash specials, and promotions like "Get Now, Pay Later"
