Duties Consult with clients to understand their tattoo ideas, preferences, and desired outcomes, providing professional guidance and design suggestions. Prepare clients for tattoo procedures by explaining safety protocols, aftercare instructions, and addressing any concerns. Execute high-quality tattooing using sterilized equipment, adhering strictly to sterilization protocols and safety regulations to ensure client safety. Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with sanitation standards and tattooing regulations. Manage appointment scheduling, client records, and sales transactions efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and color theory to enhance artistic offerings and client satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in tattooing with a strong portfolio demonstrating artistic skill and versatility. Knowledge of tattoo sterilization protocols, sanitation standards, and safety regulations related to body art. Certification in first aid and first aid protocols to handle emergencies confidently. Strong communication skills for effective client consultation, design explanation, and sales engagement. Background in professional art or design fields such as illustration or visual arts is highly desirable.
