Responsibilities Create high-quality custom tattoos while maintaining artistic excellence. Consult with clients to develop original tattoo designs. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times. Follow all Pennsylvania health and safety regulations. Deliver exceptional customer service from consultation through aftercare. Arrive on time and maintain a reliable work schedule. Promote your work through social media and collaborate on shop marketing initiatives. Work professionally alongside fellow artists to create a positive team environment. Maintain accurate client records and complete required consent forms. Requirements Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of tattoo styles (Instagram, website, pictures, etc.). Professional tattoo experience preferred. Current Bloodborne Pathogens Certification (or willingness to obtain before starting). Knowledge of proper sterilization and infection control procedures. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional attitude with strong work ethic and integrity. Reliable transportation. Ability to work independently while contributing to a positive shop culture. What We Offer NO booth rent. Percentage based compensation.
