Custom Benchman - Millwork and Cabinetry

Duties Accurately and efficiently build millwork products such as die walls, cabinets, wall panels, etc. to plan and with top quality Build and ship quality products efficiently and on time Own keeping your work area, tools and equipment clean and organized at all times. Use standard woodworking power tools on a daily basis with expert skill Provide a consistent feedback loop to engineering through the appropriate channel Read and understand millwork shop drawings at an expert level. Clock into and out of projects as you work on them in order to provide accurate labor tracking data to the estimating, production, and project management teams. Qualifications MINIMUM of 3 years as a custom benchman for a woodworking company. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment for fabrication and assembly tasks Ability to communicate in English. Spanish is a plus. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials safely, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
