We live and breathe off-road and we build things that can take a beating in the dirt and desert. We're looking for a skilled TIG Welder to join our team. If you take pride in clean welds, love working on off-road machines, and want to be part of a tight-knit shop — read on. All applicates need to send pictures of the welds or projects before an official weld test will be scheduled.

• WHAT YOU'LL DO

• TIG weld mild steel, chromoly (4130), stainless, and aluminum tubing and plate
• Fabricate and weld roll cages, A-arms, radius rods, bumpers, skid plates, and custom UTV components
• Fit, tack, and finish weld assemblies to spec
• Read blueprints, shop drawings, and verbal instructions
• Operate tube benders, grinders, band saws, drill presses, and other fab tools
• Inspect your own work for quality and structural integrity
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

• WHAT YOU NEED

• 2+ years of professional TIG welding experience
• Ability to weld mild steel and chromoly clean, in all positions
• Aluminum TIG experience is a strong plus
• Comfortable reading drawings and working from measurements
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to keep pace in a busy shop

• BONUS POINTS

• Experience in off-road, motorsports, or automotive fabrication
• Familiarity with UTV platforms (RZR, Can-Am, Maverick, YXZ, etc.)
• Tube notching, bending, and fitting experience

• PAY & BENEFITS

• $20•28/hr depending on experience•Full-time, Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays and overtime)•Paid holidays•
