If you have industrial sewing experience and enjoy hands-on production work, this is a steady role with opportunity to grow. What you'll do Operate industrial sewing machines to sew and assemble upholstery components Work with materials such as fabric, vinyl, leather , and related components Follow work instructions, quality standards, and production deadlines Perform light assembly/finishing using basic hand tools as needed Maintain consistent attendance and a strong safety/quality mindset What we're looking for Experience in a production/manufacturing environment (upholstery/industrial sewing strongly preferred) Comfortable with repetitive work in a fast-paced setting Able to work overtime and weekends when required Able to pass a drug test Able to provide documentation for E-Verify (work authorization) Why Kimco Kimco Staffing partners with great companies across Southern California and provides weekly pay, supportive recruiters, and access to long-term opportunities.
