This position is ideal for someone who is serious about developing a career in the automotive protection industry and is willing to learn the craft of paint protection film installation at a high level. No prior PPF experience is required. We are willing to train the right person and invest in certification for someone who demonstrates the right mindset, strong work ethic, consistency, and attention to detail. We are a high-end shop, and our work must reflect that. The right candidate takes pride in doing things carefully, values precision, is coachable, and understands that quality matters. Responsibilities Assist with paint protection film (PPF) installations under the guidance of experienced team members Prepare vehicles for installation through thorough washing, decontamination, surface prep, and masking Learn proper installation techniques, including stretching, positioning, trimming, wrapping edges, and finishing film to a high standard Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Follow shop processes, quality control standards, and safety procedures at all times Support the team in completing jobs efficiently while maintaining a strong attention to detail Handle client vehicles with care, respect, and professionalism Participate in ongoing hands-on training and development, with the opportunity to become certified What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn Exceptional attention to detail Pride in producing clean, high-quality work Positive attitude and ability to take feedback well Reliable, punctual, and consistent Able to work with focus and patience on detailed, hands-on tasks Interest in cars, automotive protection, detailing, vinyl, tint, or related craftsmanship is a plus Prior experience in automotive work, detailing, tint, wrap, or using hand tools is helpful, but not required Why This Role Matters This is not just a job for someone looking to "get by."
