$19-$22 per hour (depending on experience) About Us Royal Marine Upholstery is a growing custom marine upholstery and canvas shop serving Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties. We build premium boat upholstery, canvas covers, enclosures, and shade systems for everything from center consoles to luxury yachts. We're looking for a motivated, dependable team member who wants more than just a job. We'll train the right person to learn a skilled trade with opportunities for increased pay and long-term growth. Responsibilities Pick up and deliver boat cushions and canvas. Install cushions, boat covers, and canvas products. Assist technicians with upholstery and canvas projects. Load and unload materials. Keep the shop organized and clean. Help with miscellaneous shop tasks. Learn marine upholstery, canvas fabrication, and installation. Qualifications Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable and punctual Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Mechanical aptitude or experience with boats, construction, upholstery, or canvas is a plus—but not required. What We Offer Full-time, year-round position. On-the-job training in a skilled trade.
