Salary + Performance-based bonus Position Overview Captain's Custom Cleaning is seeking a detail-oriented Marine, Commercial, & Residential Carpet Technician to join our growing team. This position specializes in cleaning carpet and upholstery for luxury yachts, residential homes, RVs, and specialty interiors using professional cleaning equipment. This is a physically demanding, hands-on position requiring the utmost in professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Primary Responsibilities Clean luxury marine vessel carpeting, upholstery, mattresses, and interior fabrics. Perform residential carpet, rug, upholstery, and furniture cleaning. Operate professional carpet extraction and upholstery cleaning equipment. Apply stain treatments, deodorizers, fabric protectants, and specialty cleaning solutions. Safely move furniture and equipment as needed. Load, unload, and maintain company equipment and service vehicles. Complete daily work orders accurately and efficiently. Communicate professionally with customers and represent the company with integrity. Follow all company safety procedures and cleaning standards. Physical Requirements Applicants must be able to: Lift and carry 50+ pounds on a regular basis. Work comfortably in tight and confined spaces , including yacht staterooms, stairways, closets, and other compact areas. Climb boarding ladders and stairs safely. Bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and stand for extended periods. Work outdoors in Florida's heat and humidity. Handle physically demanding work throughout the day. Qualifications Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record (required). Reliable transportation to and from work. Strong work ethic with dependable attendance. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Experience in carpet cleaning, marine detailing, restoration, or a related trade is a plus but not required. We will train the right candidate! Ability to pass a background check. Schedule Monday through Friday One to two Saturdays per month may be required based on customer demand •Employees receive two consecutive days off each week•Typical workday begins at 7:30 AM and ends when the scheduled jobs are completed.
