Appliance Detailer / Refurbisher - Incentive Pay up to $25/hr ABC Appliances & Service - 4.0 Tampa, FL Job Details Full-time $18 - $25 an hour 23 hours ago Qualifications Sanding tools EPA Type I Maintenance painting CDL Driver's License EPA Universal Certification EPA Certification Full Job Description We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person who can clean, detail, and lightly restore used refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves, and other appliances so they look and feel close to new for resale. What You'll Do Thoroughly clean and detail appliances inside and out Sand and prep scratched panels, lids, and doors Touch-up paint or full panel repaints when needed Remove light surface rust and restore appearance Prepare finished units for showroom/sale This is hands-on work. Some appliances just need deep cleaning and detailing. Others need light bodywork and paint so the finished product looks sharp and sells for a premium. We reward productivity. Pay is based on your average finished pieces per day over a 40-hour week: Avg. Pieces Finished / DayHourly Rate 10 (minimum) $18/hr 12 $20/hr 14 $22/hr 16 $25/hr Higher volume = higher hourly rate. Quality still matters units must meet our finish standards. Requirements Experience detailing, sanding, prepping, and painting (auto, appliances, metal, or similar preferred) Ability to work independently and maintain consistent quality and pace Reliable transportation and ability to work at our Tampa location Physical ability to move and work around appliances Schedule & Location Full-time preferred (40 hours/week).
