In this role, you will use hand tools and assembly techniques to complete the final construction and finishing of high-quality furniture, including seating, tables, and custom interior pieces.
Compensation & Schedule Pay Rate:
$18.00 / hour
Payroll:
Paid Weekly Shift:
Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00
PM Overtime:
Some overtime and occasional Saturdays required based on production needs. Key Responsibilities Complete final assembly of full furniture items. Utilize hand tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized equipment to join, fasten, and finish components safely and accurately. Perform continuous quality checks on finished goods to ensure fit, finish, alignment, and appearance meet strict production standards. Inspect materials and components prior to assembly to prevent defects in the final product. Work collaboratively along the finish line to maintain steady production flow while following all safety standards. Qualifications & Requirements Previous experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or product fabrication preferred. Proficiency with common hand tools and power/pneumatic assembly tools. Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on craftsmanship and finish quality. Ability to follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and work orders with minimal supervision. Dependable work ethic and strong team collaboration skills. Must be able to pass E-Verify.
Physical Demands & Work Environment Physical Effort:
Active role requiring regular lifting and moving of materials up to 50 lbs. Continuous standing, reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, and manual dexterity throughout the shift.
Environment:
