We are focused on enhancing lives by offering opportunities to individuals who want to better their future. We are seeking a detail-oriented upholsterer to assist in our Gerber cutting, sewing, and upholstery teams. This individual will help in developing and improving our upholstery patterns to manufacturability with repeatable outcomes along with sewing, upholstery, and assembly. We are currently seeking individuals with skilled sewing experience. What you'll be doing and qualifications: Strong attention to detail specifically in pattern making. Operate industrial sewing machines, including single-needle, double-needle, and serger. Operating a Gerber cutting machine. Interpret work orders and production schedules. Knowledge and experience with fabrics, vinyl's and leathers for chairs, sofas, and other furniture Ability to work well with others, efficiently, and independently to meet production targets and deadlines Align, fit, and assemble fabric in utilizing patterns. Regularly require cutting fabric and adhering fabric to foam. Inspecting finished product for defects and flaws or irregularities during and after sewing. Partner closely with different teams to improve production capacity Troubleshoot upholstery issues to better impact quality. Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift up to 25 pounds, and handle repetitive tasks

Full Time Must be able to work 6 am - 2:30 pm Day Shift Monday - Friday In person Includes Holiday & eligible for Benefits
