Shop Helper Job Description Join our team as a Shop Helper, where your primary duties will include deburring, spot welding, and assisting in various tasks such as helping out on the paint line or assembly. You will play an essential role in supporting the operations across the shop, contributing to a smooth and efficient workflow. Responsibilities Deburring metal parts to ensure smooth and safe surfaces. Assisting with spot welding operations. Supporting paint line processes and assembly tasks. Utilizing hand and power tools to perform various shop duties. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Essential Skills Proficiency in general labor tasks. Experience in production environments. Familiarity with spot welding and deburring. Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively. Competence in grinding and assembly work. Additional Skills & Qualifications No prior experience required, but manufacturing experience is a plus. Experience in deburring and spot welding is advantageous. Why Work Here? Both buildings maintain a smooth operational flow and are kept meticulously clean, with regular cleaning routines in place. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Michael, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
