Hose Builder / Production Technician Finishing Lines — Blue Springs, MO $19-$23/hour We're building something different. The Role As a Hose Builder / Production Technician , you'll be responsible for physically building, testing, inspecting, and preparing custom hose assemblies. This is a hands-on position where accuracy, consistency, attention to detail, and personal responsibility matter. You'll learn our processes from the ground up and eventually become responsible for building some of the most important products that leave our shop.

Your day may include:

Building custom hose assemblies and brake line kits Cutting and preparing hose Installing hose ends and fittings Crimping and assembling components Pressure testing finished assemblies Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy Identifying fittings, threads, flares, and components Cleaning and preparing finished parts Learning our build processes and production standards Working alongside the rest of the team to keep orders moving Helping in other areas of the shop when needed You'll be trained on our processes and expected to progressively take on more responsibility as your skills develop.
