Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled Sewer to join our team. As a Sewer, you will be responsible for fabricating and sewing upholstered furniture using industrial sewing machines. This position is based in our upholstery facility.

Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial sewing machines to sew according to specifications
• Fabricate and assemble upholstery fabrics, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Follow patterns and instructions for furniture construction
• Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating industrial sewing machines
• Strong knowledge of fabric types and furniture construction techniques
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
