Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong understanding of handbag construction and sewing techniques. The Pay rate quoted is a wide variance. We pay per piece so it depends on what item you are making what the rate of pay is. Duties Operate your personal heavy duty/industrial sewing machine to construct handbags according to specifications Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards Collaborate with team members to assist if they have any questions on a technique you have mastered. Assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise during the manufacturing process Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery Hours are Mon-Thur Friday will be if needed 8-4 Skills Proficient in handbag construction techniques and sewing practices Experience operating various types of sewing machines Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing production needs
