Trimmer — Designmaster | Hickory, NC Designmaster builds custom upholstered furniture for designers and dealers across the country. We're looking for an experienced trimmer to join our upholstery team. What you'll do Applying coverings to outside backs and arms with clean, straight, consistent lines Inspect your own work and catch issues before they leave the department Keep pace with production while holding a high standard on every piece What we're looking for Prior hands-on trimming experience in upholstered furniture manufacturing — this is not an entry-level role A sharp eye for symmetry, pattern match, and detail Steady hands, steady output, and pride in the finished piece Dependable attendance and a team-first attitude What we offer Competitive pay based on experience Full benefits and paid time off Steady, year-round work with a company that's been building furniture in Hickory for decades
