Job Description

About the Job We're hiring a Strainer Element Fabricator for our SE Department in Lumberton, NC. You'll build the screens, elements, and baskets that go inside our strainers — cutting, rolling, forming, and spot-welding wire mesh and perforated metal to size. This is hands-on shop work, not an assembly line. If you're handy with basic shop equipment and take pride in work you can hold in your hands, we'll teach you our products. What You'll Do Fabricate strainer screens, elements, and baskets from wire mesh and perforated stock Operate a spot welder, brake press, and metal roller to cut, form, and join parts Work from simple drawings, templates, and a tape measure to hit the right dimensions Check your own work for fit and quality before it moves to Assembly Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe What We're Looking For Experience with a spot welder, brake press, or metal roller (slip roll) is a plus — we will train the right person Comfortable with hand and power tools; able to read a tape measure and do basic shop math Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable attendance and a willingness to learn High school diploma or GED preferred; no degree required How to Apply Apply with a resume.
