This position requires advanced sewing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently meet quality and production standards.

Furniture covers Seat and back cushions Ottomans Decorative pillows Specialty upholstered components Essential Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble upholstered furniture components. Sew complete furniture covers, cushions, pillows, ottomans, and other upholstery pieces. Read and interpret work orders, production tickets, specifications, and sewing instructions. Match fabric patterns and maintain proper fabric alignment. Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain production goals while producing high-quality workmanship. Identify and communicate quality or production concerns. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow company safety procedures and quality standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of Combo Sewing experience in furniture manufacturing or upholstery production. Experience operating industrial sewing machines. Ability to sew both flatwork and cushion components. Strong understanding of upholstery construction techniques. Ability to read production tickets, specifications, and work instructions. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus.
