As a Stringer, you'll use your knowledge of pockets, patterns, and performance to deliver high-quality, custom-strung heads for players of all levels. If you love the game, know your way around mesh and string, and want to help athletes perform at their best, this is the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

String custom lacrosse heads to Lacrosse Unlimited quality standards. Recommend pocket styles, mesh types, and patterns based on player preference and position. Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quick turnaround times. Assist customers with stick setup, adjustments, and restring needs

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of men's and/or women's lacrosse stringing techniques. Ability to string a full head independently and confidently. Understanding of pocket performance, whip, hold, release, and position-specific preferences. Customer service mindset and willingness to help players find the right setup.
