Upholstery Associate (Full-Time)

$18-$20/hour (based on experience)

5:00am-3:30pm

Friday:

This role focuses on high-quality, hands-on upholstery work in a manufacturing environment producing built-to-order seating products for casino, hospitality, and institutional applications. Key Responsibilities Inspect raw materials prior to use and report quality issues Apply and install batting, foam, poly-filler, and fabric to chair frameworks Use hand and air tools such as staple guns, scissors, air drivers, hammers, and mallets Measure and cut fabric and materials using patterns and industrial cutting tools Assemble custom seating products to meet quality and comfort standards Inspect own work for accuracy and appearance Follow safety procedures and maintain clean work areas Qualifications Upholstery or related assembly experience preferred Good dexterity with hand and air tools Strong attention to detail and quality Good measuring and basic math skills Ability to read and follow instructions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Must pass a background check and drug screening Benefits 401(k), Health, Dental & Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Short- & Long-Term Disability, Tuition Reimbursement #INDJen
