Temp To Full-Time Rework Specialist Ready to bring your advanced soldering and rework skills to a growing manufacturing team? We're looking for a skilled Rework Specialist who takes pride in precision, quality, and repairingplex electronic assemblies the right way.

          LOCATION
          Greater Portland, OR SALARY:
           $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
          SCHEDULE
          Full-Time, Friday to Sunday, 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Evaluation-to-Hire
          KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
          • Build through-hole and surface mount PCB assemblies according to controlled documentation.
          • Perform PCB rework and repair, including trace cuts, jumper additions, and soldering corrections.
          • Hand-solder SMT and THTponents to
          IPC-A-610
          Class 3 standards.
          • Wire and solder prototypes andplex assemblies with unique designs.
          • Operate equipment such as aqueous cleaners andponent placement tools.
          • Assist with wave solder and selective solder processes.
          • Cut, form, and manually placeponents with accuracy.
          • Assemble chassis and electromechanicalponents using various hardware.
          • Rmend documentation improvements to support quality and efficiency.
          • Provide guidance and support to PCB Assembler I and II team members.
          • Maintain strict adnce to quality standards, workmanship guidelines, and production requirements.
          WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
          • High School Diploma or GED required.
          • Minimum of 2 years of PCB assembly experience, including rework.
          • Proven soldering skills meeting
          IPC-A-610
          Class 3 standards.
          • Experience with SMT and THT PCB rework and rework soldering equipment.
          • Ability to read and interpret blues, schematics, and technical documentation.
          • Strongponent identification skills and experience working with SN63, SN96, and HMP solder materials.
          PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
          • This position works in a manufacturing environment and requires strong hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and the ability to handle small, delicateponents with accuracy.
          The role may require sitting or standing for extended periods while performing detailed assembly, soldering, and inspection work.
