Job Summary:

ND Sheets is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pallet Maker/Utility is responsible for building, repairing, and assembling wooden pallets according to company specifications and customer requirements. This role requires the safe operation of hand tools, power tools, and pallet-building equipment while maintaining quality and production standards.

Responsibilities:

Assemble and build wooden pallets using pneumatic nail guns, saws, and other hand toolsRepair damaged pallets by replacing boards and reinforcing structuresInspect pallets to ensure quality standards and safety requirements are metMeasure and cut lumber to proper dimensionsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all company safety policies and proceduresLoad, stack, and move materials and completed pallets as neededIdentify defective materials and report issues to supervisorsMeet daily production goals and deadlinesAssist with general warehouse or production duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing, construction, or warehouse experience preferredAbility to safely use hand tools and power equipmentStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentDependable with good attendance and work ethicAbility to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Physical Requirements:
