Embroidery Summary of Position:

Donnelly's Clothing, a leader in Team, School & Career uniforms and custom branded apparel is looking for an experienced Garment Decorator to join our Embroidery Shop team. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines. Quality of performance dictates growth and advancement. Job hours are both flexible and variable; 20 to 40 hours, year round and seasonal. Minor overtime available and sometimes mandatory during peak times of year. May, July, August and December are our busiest times. Mother and student hours are available. Candidates looking for full time and growth opportunity are encouraged to apply. We will hire the most promising applicants and consider their performance for promotion in time. Normal Hours are 9am to 5pm, BUT for the Summer we are also looking for the following shifts: 7am to 3pm 11am to 7pm

Requirements:

Applicant must be hard working, dependable and punctual. If you have prior experience doing embroidery, sewing clothing, clothing printing or anything similar, we encourage you to apply. The seasonality of our business requires our people to remain professional in a busy environment, to multi-task and to be a team player with co-workers.

Education:

No specific level of education is required; however, applicant must be able to speak, read and write in English. Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) is a needed skill within the company as well.

Pay & Benefits:

Only experienced clothing decorators will be considered for the higher pay. Novice and inexperienced decorators will be offered the lower pay. We are willing to train. Opportunity for advancement based upon performance and experience over time.
