Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Automotive Upholstery Technician who is passionate about quality and wants to be part of a skilled, supportive team. What You'll Do Remove and reinstall vehicle interior components, including seats, trim panels, headliners, carpeting, and interior accessories. Repair, recover, and custom-fabricate automotive upholstery using leather, vinyl, cloth, suede, and specialty materials. Measure, cut, pattern, sew, and assemble upholstery to factory or custom specifications. Install headliners, carpet, door panels, seat covers, and convertible tops. Repair or reshape seat foam as needed. Collaborate with teammates on custom builds and vehicle restoration projects. Maintain exceptional craftsmanship while meeting project timelines. Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe. What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of hands-on automotive upholstery experience . Experience working on vehicle interiors—not furniture upholstery alone. Proficiency using industrial sewing machines and automotive upholstery equipment. Strong knowledge of automotive interior materials, installation techniques, and pattern reading. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work. Dependable, positive, and motivated with a strong work ethic. Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a shop environment. $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
