We are expanding our custom build capabilities and looking for someone who takes pride in producing clean, professional automotive interiors. This position is ideal for someone who can work independently and is comfortable handling both complete interiors and individual upholstery projects. Responsibilities Upholster automotive seats and interior components Sew and install seat covers Install carpet and headliners Upholster and/or fabricate door panels Perform foam repair, shaping, and replacement Work with vinyl, cloth, leather, and other automotive materials Disassemble and reassemble interior components Complete custom upholstery work for classic cars, hot rods, lowriders, and custom builds Maintain a clean and organized work area What We Offer Your own private upholstery work room Air-conditioned workspace Dedicated area separate from normal body and paint production Opportunity to work on custom, classic, and high-end vehicle builds Growing custom department with room to expand Steady shop environment with collision and custom work under one roof Pay based on experience and skill level What We're Looking For Previous automotive upholstery experience is strongly preferred. You should be able to work independently, operate an industrial sewing machine, measure and cut materials, and produce professional-quality finished work. Experience with custom interiors, leather upholstery, pattern making, seat rebuilding, custom door panels, and classic vehicles is a major plus. We care more about the quality of your work and what you can actually do than a long résumé.
