$33.00-$37.00/hour Education & Job Requirements- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of aircraft upholstery experience in aviation.
- Strong industrial sewing experience.
- Knowledge of aircraft upholstery materials, foams, and adhesives.
- Ability to perform patterning and foam shaping.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Professional Attributes

- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot fitment and upholstery issues. Preferred Skills
- Corporate jet or VIP interior experience.
- Experience with interior refurbishment or heavy modifications.
- Familiarity with various seat styles such as Citation and King Air. Job Duties & Functions
- Perform complete aircraft seat upholstery refurbishment, including disassembly, inspection, foam repair, patterning, sewing, and final installation.
- Sew and fabricate seat covers, side panels, curtains, and interior soft goods.
- Interpret engineering drawings, material specifications, and aircraft interior layouts.
- Troubleshoot and repair seat structures, upholstery defects, and fitment issues.
- Perform interior modifications and refurbishments for aircraft interiors.
- Ensure compliance with FAA flammability standards and quality requirements.
- Maintain tools, sewing machines, and upholstery shop equipment. Physical Requirements & Environment
- Work performed in an aircraft hangar and interior shop environment.
