Experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate who is willing to put in the work and learn.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with grinding and prepping parts for welding. Prepares materials for upcoming jobs, including gathering materials and positioning workpieces. Prepare finished parts for shipping, including packaging, applying protective coatings, and stamping with serial numbers. Assist with loading and unloading parts from trucks as needed. General shop duties include sweeping, cleaning, maintaining machines and other tasks as needed.
