Multiple Positions- Powder Coat Technician, Installer, Shop Helper

Job Summary Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Multiple Positions Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in powder coating, installation, or shop support. All positions are paid, including internships, and are designed to foster growth and hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Tefco of Utah is a growing custom metal fabrication company specializing in railings, stairs, gates, fences, powder coating, and architectural metal products. We are currently hiring motivated individuals to join our team.

Powder Coat Technician Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a manual powder coating application system Experience with part prep, masking, hanging, spraying, and quality control Ability to maintain consistent finish quality and production efficiency

Installer Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction environment Experience using hand and power tools Ability to read measurements and work safely on job sites Welding and metal installation experience is a plus Detail oriented Drive to do the job the right way every time. Shop Helper Entry Level - Willing to Train Will float between departments and assist where production demand is needed Assist shop personnel with daily tasks Help maintain clean and organized work areas Assist with loading/unloading materials and general shop operations General Requirements (Required for ALL Positions) Valid Driver's License
