Role Description QA Group is seeking a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Framer to join our Kent, WA facility. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for assisting with the construction and assembly of custom furniture frames and components used throughout production. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working with tools, and learning woodworking or manufacturing skills in a team-oriented environment. Previous framing or fabrication experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates eager to learn. Responsibilities Assist with building and assembling furniture frames and wood components Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to build instructions and specifications Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and air tools Read tape measurements accurately and follow production drawings Maintain build quality and production accuracy throughout the manufacturing process Sand, staple, nail, and assemble frame components as required Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support production goals and team workflow Follow direction from leads, supervisors, and production management Perform additional duties assigned by management as needed Qualifications Entry-level position — willing to train motivated candidates Wood framing, fabrication, construction, cabinetry, furniture, or assembly experience preferred Ability to accurately read a tape measure Basic math and measurement skills Ability to follow build instructions and drawings Comfortable using hand tools and power tools safely Strong attention to detail and build quality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable attendance and punctuality required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Tools Candidates Should Be Familiar With Tape Measure Nail Gun Staple Gun Drill / Impact Driver Circular Saw Miter Saw Table Saw Sanders Air Tools Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently Ability to stand for long periods throughout the shift Ability to bend, twist, and move continuously during production work Comfortable working in a manufacturing and production environment Why Join QA Group?
