Job Description This position will complete initial inspection and prep of bike frames to ensure they meet Trek's quality standards and are ready to enter the paint process What you'll experience on the job:
  • Sand blemishes from bike frames
  • Stripping and sanding paint off frames
  • Operate sand blasting equipment
  • Inspecting frames for defects
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat and complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed What you'll bring to the team:
  • Ability to lift, carry, or pull medium weights, up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work on foot for an 8 hour shift
  • Ability to identify and escalate quality concerns
  • Ability to maintain focus while completing repetitious work
  • Initiation of continuous improvement opportunities
  • Positive attitude towards changes
