Four day work week(Monday-Thursday), no nights, no weekends, flexible time off. If you've worked in veterinary medicine you likely know it can be very rewarding but also very demanding. They would have or be willing to learn many technical skills but also possess the humility to clean kennels and do laundry. At NASNC everyone does everything to finish the day, but you are never doing it alone. Work is balanced and everyone supported.
