We are currently looking for a fulltime RVT or Veterinary Assistant to join our team. We have a growing and have a diverse client base and are looking to hire Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVTs) and Veterinary Assistants who are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients and their families. If you're fluent in Spanish or Mandarin as well as English, that's a big plus!

The ideal candidate is:

Positive and welcoming, with a genuine desire to help people and their pets Detail-oriented, organized, accurate, and dependable Adaptable and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment Team-focused and able to communicate well with doctors, technicians, assistants, and fellow CSRs Calm and professional, even when situations become stressful or emotional As part of our team, you'll be expected to : Administer vaccines and medications under a doctor's direction Perform laboratory work such as blood draws (phlebotomy), sample processing, and diagnostic radiology including X-ray imaging Prepare animals for surgery and monitor anesthesia Provide nursing care and assist with a wide range of procedures Assist with animal restraint, handling, and positioning to facilitate examinations and procedures while ensuring safety for animals and staff. Support our doctors in delivering compassionate, high-quality medicine Communicate effectively with pet owners about pet care instructions, treatment plans, and follow-up procedures to ensure clarity and trust. Most importantly, we're looking for team players who enjoy working collaboratively, are eager to learn, and want to grow their skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience working with animals in a veterinary or kennel setting is highly preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using computers, practice management software, and multi-line phone systems Knowledge of veterinary terminology, animal physiology, anatomy, and general animal husbandry practices.
