Platinum Advisory Associate Pay Rate:

$22.50/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and professional product guidance to clients. Answer calls and assist customers with product questions, recommendations, and orders. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate nutritional/supplement solutions for horses, dogs, cats, and people. Communicate clearly and professionally through phone, email, and text. Build strong client relationships through follow-up and account management. Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer needs. Coordinate with internal teams including Advisors, Production, Quality Assurance, and Shipping. Represent the company at occasional horse shows, dog shows, marathons, veterinary conferences, and medical events. Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple tasks. GA01
