Job Description
Twin Cities Veterinary Hospital is looking to hire a Veterinary Technician/Assistant. Candidates must have experience in a veterinary hospital. What we're looking for: A team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to be an active, committed member of the team Assisting doctors in exam rooms Anesthesia monitoring Surgical preparation and assisting DentistryRadiology Laboratory work Venipuncture Catheter placement Pharmacy Patient recovery Compassionate care of all our patients / clients Excellent client communication Physical examination and patient assessment Facility Maintenance / Cleaning Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a veterinary clinic. CA RVT License/Certification is a huge plus (willing to train/support unlicensed candidates who show exceptional promise). Strong technical skills across modern veterinary equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. A calm, positive, and empathetic attitude—even during stressful emergencies We are a non corporate, female doctor owned Hospital with a long legacy in Marin County.
