Who You Are Experience:

At least 2 years of experience as a veterinary assistant

Team Player:

Strong collaborative skills and willingness to work closely with veterinarians and technicians

Enthusiasm:

Passion for innovating and delivering best-in-class care whenever pets need it

Organization & Efficiency:

Detail-oriented, with a focus on productivity and clinic flow Bonus Points if you have: Experience in urgent or emergency care

What You'll Do Client Support:

Create a calm, reassuring experience so pet parents feel confident in their pets' care

Procedural Support:

Assist doctors and technicians with treatments and procedures, including safe pet restraint

Clinic Upkeep:

Maintain a clean, organized clinic for pets, clients, and the team

Culture & Teamwork:

What You'll Get Competitive Base Pay:

$20-$24/hour, plus 1.5x pay on Sploot-recognized holidays
