Minimum of 2 years previous Veterinary Tech Assistant experience Assistant Certificate preferred but not required ie . (High School grad or GED minimum) Responsible for patient care (walking dogs, changing bedding), laundry, cleaning, assisting CVTs and DVMs with radiographs, patient restraint, lab work (using in-house lab machines, not manual CBC, UA, fecal), assist with Euthanasia, customer care, exam room duties, stocking and wrapping surgical packs Our relief Technician Assistants are paid a competitive salary with additional pay for swing, overnight or weekend shifts.
