Job Description
Guilford Veterinary Hospital is seeking full-time Veterinary Assistant to join our team. Candidates must be energetic, highly motivated, reliable, enthusiastic team players who enjoy utilizing their skills and multi-tasking. We are a progressive 8 doctor Veterinary Hospital looking for a mature, reliable, well groomed, confident person to fill our Veterinary Assistant/room assistant position. Must be able to lift 40lbs. Requires working day, evening, Saturday and occasional holiday shifts. Duties include cleaning cages, walking dogs, feeding, animal restraint, assisting doctors & technicians in both treatment areas and exam rooms. Computer experience required and animal restraint experience. We strive to practice high quality veterinary medicine while maintaining a caring and friendly environment for our patients and our team.
