Job Description
Would you like to join our team in Old Lyme, CT? We are looking for a reliable receptionist/veterinary assistant who is capable of multitasking in a busy practice. Job duties include, but are not limited to: Assisting the veterinarian during appointments. Performing patient restraint. Bending, kneeling, lifting (up to 30 pounds) and standing for long periods of time. Maintaining a professional attitude during stressful situations Being compassionate and sympathetic with clients Having excellent written and verbal communication skills with staff and clients Having telephone and computer skills Applicants with prior veterinarian office and Cornerstone experience preferred but not necessary.
