Job Description

We are currently seeking a full-time (32-36hrs./wk.) Client Services Representative/ Technician Assistant. You have the best of both worlds working in this position. You will be able to provide direct care for the pets we care for. Our team members are critical to the success of every client interaction. We work using a team-oriented approach in delivering the best in compassionate care for both the pets and clients we serve. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills and have experience as a technician assistant. We will also help in cross-training in areas you desire. The right candidate will have the ability to multitask, answer phone lines, schedule appointments, check clients in and out of the facility, and be able to assist in the exam room. Hours include days, nights, and rotating weekends. Previous experience in a multi-doctor veterinary practice is preferred or past client service/technician assistant experience. Responsibilities Manage incoming calls Handle cash and credit card transactions Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Excellent communication skills Basic computer skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Exam room technician experience, including vaccination protocols
