No Holidays. No Burnout. You know that moment when a client walks in carrying a dog who couldn't stand up six weeks ago — and now he's dragging them through the door on his own four feet? You'd be the first face they see. And the first one they hug. At Healing Paws Center , we help pets walk, run, and play again using acupuncture, rehab, massage, nutrition, and herbal medicine. It's not your average clinic, and this is definitely not your average front desk. What You'd Actually Be Doing Running the front desk like the calm, capable center of the universe you are — phones, scheduling, check-in and check-out, payments, records Making every client feel like their pet is our only patient (they'll tell you it feels that way) Keeping the day flowing: appointment puzzles, package tracking, follow-ups, reminders Jumping in behind the scenes when the team needs you — holding a wiggly patient, setting up a rehab room, snapping progress photos Being the person clients ask for by name Mostly front desk. Some hands-on. Never boring. Why You'll Love It Here Weekends and holidays OFF. Always. No exceptions. Your Saturdays are yours again. 10 days PTO Paid CE and real mentorship. Curious about acupressure, rehab, or holistic nutrition? We'll teach you. Uniform allowance Employee discount on care for your own crew. A small, kind, high-standards team who says thank you out loud and means it. You'll Fit Right In If You... Have veterinary front desk experience and know your way around practice software, terminology, and a busy schedule Are warm on the phone even when it's ringing off the hook Can juggle three things and still remember that Mrs. Rivera's Frenchie hates the scale Bring good energy — you lift the room, you don't drain it Love the idea of working somewhere pets get better slowly, gently, and completely Bonus Points For Experience with holistic, rehab, or integrative practices Comfort with client education and package/treatment plan conversations Basic assisting skills — restraint, room setup, patient monitoring
