Veterinary Assistant

We are opening a brand new veterinary clinic on June 1st. We are searching for a animal lover motivated person that wants to be part of a team dedicated to providing the best care to animals and support their owners! We're seeking someone who is: Positive, kind, and team-oriented Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic Comfortable performing basic math and calculations Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Passionate about animal care and client communication Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure Able to lift at least 50 pounds We are a close-knit team, and everyone plays a role in supporting the hospital. This position may occasionally assist in different areas, so a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key. • Experience is encouraged but NOT required — we are happy to train the right person. ​ Responsibilities Assist veterinarians and technicians with patient care Safely restrain dogs and cats during exams and procedures Prepare exam rooms and maintain a clean, organized hospital Support laboratory testing and basic in-house diagnostics Assist with radiographs, treatments, and procedures Communicate clearly with team members and clients Help maintain a calm, welcoming environment for pets and owners ​
