A Center of Excellence. — is seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our tight-knit team. We're a feline-only practice on a mission to become the premier destination for feline medicine in Southwest Florida, and we're looking for a VA who wants to be part of building something better than ordinary. Cat Care Clinic of Naples is a feline-only practice committed to gold-standard medicine, Fear Free handling, and an exceptional client experience. We work exclusively with cats, and our team is deeply passionate about them. What You'll Do Restrain and handle feline patients using Fear Free and Cat Friendly Practice techniques Assist doctors and technicians during exams, dentals, and surgical procedures Prepare patients and rooms for appointments, procedures, and diagnostics Perform blood draws, obtain samples, and assist with lab work Take and position radiographs Run tech-only appointments including Solensia injections, nail trims, SubQ fluids, and chronic care visits Provide compassionate care to hospitalized patients Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients Support the technician and doctor teams to keep patient flow moving smoothly Who We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience as a Veterinary Assistant Genuine love for cats and appreciation for their unique needs and personalities Fear Free familiarity or willingness to become certified within 90 days Confident with restraint, blood draws, radiographs, and clinical assisting Calm, dependable, and detail-oriented Excellent communicator — with clients, with the team, and in medical records A team player who takes pride in being part of something better than ordinary Why Join Us Competitive hourly wage of $19-$23 based on experience Paid holidays and PTO Feline-only medicine — work exclusively with cats No emergency, no on-call, no weekends Set weekly schedule Be part of building a practice that sets the standard for feline care in our community Supportive, close-knit team that values excellence and takes care of one another To Apply Complete the application and tell us why you'd be a great addition to our team.
