Job Summary Join our dynamic veterinary team as a Veterinary Assistant/Kennel Worker, where your passion for animal care and hands-on skills will make a meaningful difference in the lives of pets and their owners. In this role, you will assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with clinical procedures, provide exceptional care for animals in our kennel and treatment areas, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both animals and clients. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your veterinary experience while working in a fast-paced, compassionate setting dedicated to animal welfare. Responsibilities Provide high-quality animal care including feeding, bathing, grooming, and cleaning kennels. Handle dogs and cats with confidence and gentle restraint techniques to promote safety and comfort. Maintaining and cleaning a healthy office environment. Demonstrated commitment to animal welfare. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Willingness to follow instructions. Weekend rotation required.
