Customer Service Representative/Veterinary Assistant - Rehabilitation & Integrative Care UpLift Veterinary Rehabilitation | Atlanta, GA (30318)Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week | No On-Call or Emergency Hours Help Pets Regain Mobility, Comfort, and Quality of Life UpLift Veterinary Rehabilitation (UpVR) is Atlanta's first standalone veterinary rehabilitation and integrative care clinic dedicated exclusively to helping dogs and cats improve mobility, recover from injury, manage pain, and enhance their overall quality of life. Our team combines compassionate care with innovative rehabilitation therapies in a calm, supportive environment focused on helping both pets and their families thrive. We're looking for a compassionate, motivated Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. What You'll Do Client Service & Reception Welcome clients and patients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism Manage phone calls, emails, text messages, and appointment scheduling Check patients in and out and ensure a smooth client experience Explain services, policies, and basic treatment information to clients Communicate with clients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and follow-up care Process payments, invoices, and other client transactions accurately Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks Coordinate closely with veterinarians and rehabilitation staff Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Help create a positive, Fear Free experience for patients and their families Veterinary Assistant & Patient Care Support Assist the veterinary and rehabilitation team with patient handling and restraint Prepare treatment and rehabilitation areas for appointments Safely assist patients entering and exiting the clinic and rehabilitation equipment Support rehabilitation sessions under the direction of the veterinary rehabilitation team, assist with exercises and patient positioning, maintain treatment areas and equipment, and monitor patients while communicating concerns to the medical team. Assist with patient comfort, enrichment, and Fear Free handling techniques Maintain appropriate sanitation, laundry, stocking, and cleaning throughout the clinic Assist with general clinic duties and other tasks that help the team provide exceptional patient care You will receive training on UpLift's specific rehabilitation services, equipment, and protocols. What We're Looking For 2+ years of Client Service Representative (CSR) experience required 2+ years of experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care facility required Previous veterinary receptionist, client service, veterinary assistant, or technician experience strongly preferred Warm, compassionate, and professional demeanor Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Comfortable handling dogs and cats of all sizes and mobility levels Able to lift 40+ lbs and work on your feet or floor during treatments Reliable, proactive, and willing to jump in wherever the team needs support Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn Experience in rehabilitation or integrative medicine is a plus, but we're happy to train motivated candidates who are eager to learn.
