Small Animal Veterinary Primary Care Primary Role:
As a client services representative, you will be responsible for organizing and scheduling diagnostic, medical, surgical, and dental services in an outpatient-exclusive small animal (dogs and cats) primary care facility.Secondary Role:
As a veterinary assistant, you will be responsible for occasionally assisting the medical team with various procedures (animal restraint, obtaining samples, in-clinic diagnostics, filling medications, etc)General Responsibilities:
Serving as "hostess" of the lobby Serving as the main point of contact for the veterinary clinic Organizing the appointment schedule to ensure proper flow of traffic Filtering and triaging phone calls and messages to determine appropriate priority Maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby Various administrative tasks such as check-in, check-out, scheduling, and refilling medications Coordination of referrals to other veterinary facilities Management of online veterinary pharmacy prescriptions Assisting the medical team (when available) with various procedures such as: animal restraint, obtaining samples, and running in-clinic diagnostics You'll love working for us because every business decision we make equitably accounts for you as much as our clients and pets.
