In this role, you will be responsible for the care and well-being of the animals in our facility and maintain a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, passion for animal care and a strong work ethic. Duties Provide daily care for animals, including feeding, walking, and administering medications as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the hospital to ensure a hygienic environment. This includes but is not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash, cleaning windows and dishes, scooping the yard, and other general cleaning duties. Monitor the health and behavior of animals and report any concerns to management or veterinary staff. Assist technicians and veterinarians as needed. Express anal glands and trim nails. Engage with pet owners in a friendly and professional manner. Handle animals safely and effectively, ensuring their comfort during interactions.
