We are looking for a responsible, hardworking individual with emotional maturity to work alongside our energetic and dedicated staff. This position is full-time, entry-level, physically demanding yet very rewarding. Many of our Ward/Kennel attendants have either been promoted into other positions within the hospital or use their knowledge and experience gained to apply for veterinary school. Our goal is to provide you with all the necessary tools to help you begin or continue your exciting journey in the veterinary field. We have openings for days, nights and overnights. The overnight shift comes with a $2/hour shift differential.

Key responsibilities:

Restraining patients as needed during treatments and exams Basic care for pre-op and post-op patients Observing patients and keeping accurate records Admitting and releasing patients Cleaning of runs & cages and other basic cleaning tasks Stocking all departments with food, towels, and blankets for our patients Starting salary is $17.00/hr
